Directions

Leave M25 at junction 29 signposted A127 heading Southend and Basildon. Continue down A127 and after McDonalds and roundabout turn off signposted Basildon. At roundabout take 1st Exit and continue down to another roundabout. Straight over this roundabout and proceed to a further roundabout. Take the 1st left and go straight over the traffic lights. At next roundabout go straight over (2nd exit) Festival Leisure Park is on your left hand side
